1. Scope and Acceptance of Sales Terms
These Sales Terms apply to purchases made directly from Synergotron d.o.o., including purchases made through Synergotron websites, written offers, invoices, payment links, online checkout pages, or other direct sales channels.
By placing an order, completing a purchase, accepting a written offer, paying an invoice, using a payment link, or using a Synergotron product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Sales Terms, together with Synergotron’s Terms and Conditions, General Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and any applicable product documentation.
If you do not agree with these Sales Terms, please do not complete the purchase or use the product.
These Sales Terms apply only to purchases made directly from Synergotron. If you purchased a product from an authorized distributor, reseller, retailer, marketplace, or partner, that seller’s sales, delivery, return, and warranty procedures may apply, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Sales Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
2. Related Documents and Order of Precedence
The following documents form part of the legal framework applicable to purchases from Synergotron:
Synergotron’s Terms and Conditions govern general use of Synergotron websites, digital content, online communications, intellectual property, third-party content, linking, and general website-related matters.
The General Disclaimer explains how Synergotron content, product information, research activities, future-oriented statements, safety references, product classifications, intended uses, and medical or non-medical status should be interpreted.
The Privacy Policy explains how Synergotron collects, uses, stores, protects, and processes personal data.
Product Documentation
Applicable product documentation, including User Manuals, labeling, safety instructions, contraindications, precautions, instructions for use, technical documentation, warranty documents, or other official materials, governs the correct and permitted use of the relevant product.
In case of inconsistency, the document most specific to the relevant matter shall prevail:
- For purchases, payments, delivery, returns, warranty, and commercial transactions, these Sales Terms apply.
- For website use and general legal website terms, the Terms and Conditions apply.
- For personal data and privacy, the Privacy Policy applies.
- For interpretation of product classification, intended use, permitted claims, research content, future-oriented statements, safety references, medical or non-medical status, and legacy content, the General Disclaimer applies.
- For product use, safety, contraindications, precautions, technical instructions, and maintenance, the applicable product documentation applies.
3. Product Classification and Intended Use
Synergotron products, technologies, and offerings may fall under different classifications depending on their official intended use, regulatory status, market, and applicable documentation.
Products may include consumer, home-use, wellness, professional, research, regulated, or other product categories. Each product is governed by its own official documentation, classification, intended use, labeling, safety instructions, and applicable regulatory status.
No Synergotron product, technology, service, communication, or sales material should be interpreted as having a medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, preventive, monitoring, clinical, or disease-related intended use unless such intended use is expressly stated in official regulatory documentation applicable to that specific product.
Where a Synergotron product is officially classified, approved, cleared, certified, or placed on the market as a regulated medical device, its permitted use, claims, indications, contraindications, precautions, and safety requirements are governed exclusively by the official regulatory documentation, labeling, and instructions for use applicable to that product.
Where a Synergotron product is marketed for general wellness, home-use, consumer, or other non-medical purposes, such product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, monitor, or mitigate any disease, injury, disability, or medical condition, unless expressly stated otherwise in official regulatory documentation applicable to that specific product.
Products must be used only in accordance with their official classification, intended use, User Manual, labeling, safety instructions, contraindications, precautions, and applicable documentation.
Any use outside the official intended use, instructions, safety guidance, or regulatory classification is not supported by Synergotron.
For full safety, regulatory, scientific, and interpretive context, please refer to the General Disclaimer and the applicable product documentation.
4. Scientific, Research and Development Context
Synergotron is an innovation-driven company conducting research, development, commercialization, and communication related to non-invasive physical technologies, including Hybrid Plasma Technology and related platform concepts.
Scientific, technical, research-related, historical, educational, corporate, or future-oriented content published by Synergotron is provided for general informational, scientific, technological, corporate, commercial, or research and development context only.
References to scientific background, future potential, research fields, user experiences, testimonials, historical materials, or possible future applications do not imply that any currently marketed product is clinically proven, approved, cleared, certified, or intended for medical use unless expressly stated in official regulatory documentation applicable to that specific product.
No Synergotron content should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, therapeutic claim, clinical claim, disease-related claim, or substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
5. Orders and Purchase Confirmation
A purchase is completed when the customer places an order and payment is successfully processed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For purchases based on written offers, invoices, or payment links, a purchase may also be considered accepted when the customer accepts the offer, pays the invoice, confirms the order in writing, or otherwise follows the ordering process provided by Synergotron.
After purchase, Synergotron may send an order confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all order, billing, payment, shipping, company, VAT, tax, customs, and contact information provided during checkout or ordering is accurate and complete.
Synergotron is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, incorrect invoices, customs issues, export documentation problems, VAT treatment issues, or delivery problems caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer information.
We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or refuse any order where:
- Payment is not completed
- Product availability changes
- Incorrect pricing or product information was displayed due to error
- The order appears fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or non-compliant
- Export, sanctions, customs, tax, or regulatory concerns apply
- The product cannot legally or practically be delivered to the requested destination
- The customer provides inaccurate or incomplete information
- The purchase would conflict with applicable law or Synergotron’s internal compliance requirements
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, we will refund the customer according to the applicable payment method and legal requirements.
6. Prices, Taxes and Payment
Product prices are shown on the applicable product page, offer, invoice, checkout page, payment link, written quotation, or other sales document.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices may exclude VAT, customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, shipping costs, handling fees, bank fees, currency conversion fees, payment processing charges, or other charges.
The final payable amount may depend on:
- Customer location
- Delivery destination
- VAT status
- Applicable taxes
- Shipping method
- Customs and import rules
- Currency conversion
- Payment processing charges
- Product-specific terms
- Applicable promotions or discounts
The product price and applicable delivery costs must be paid when ordering, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Synergotron may offer payment through bank transfer, payment link, card payment, online checkout, invoice payment, or other approved payment methods.
For business customers, VAT exemption, reverse charge, export treatment, or intra-EU supply rules may apply only where legally permitted and where the customer provides accurate and valid company, VAT, tax, shipping, and export information.
Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, local charges, certification requirements, import permits, or destination-country requirements imposed by authorities in the destination country, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Synergotron strives to provide accurate shipping estimates regarding delivery time and cost. However, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Delivery times may vary due to:
- Product availability
- Payment review
- Shipping carrier delays
- Customs clearance
- Import procedures
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
- Force majeure events
- Public holidays
- Local regulations
- Destination-country import requirements
- Other circumstances outside Synergotron’s reasonable control
Synergotron is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, import procedures, incomplete customer information, destination-country requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and ensuring that the product may lawfully be imported, received, possessed, sold, and used in the destination country, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless otherwise stated, risk of loss or damage passes according to applicable consumer law or, for business customers, according to the agreed delivery terms.
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, repeated failed delivery attempt, non-collection, unpaid import charges, or customer-related customs issues, Synergotron may deduct direct costs actually incurred for return shipping, re-shipping, customs handling, storage, carrier fees, and related charges from any refund where permitted by law.
8. Product Use and User Responsibility
Use of Synergotron products is at the user’s own responsibility and must always follow the applicable User Manual, safety instructions, contraindications, precautions, official guidelines, labeling, instructions for use, and intended use.
Users are responsible for:
- Reading the applicable User Manual before use
- Understanding the product’s official intended use
- Following all instructions and safety information
- Respecting contraindications and precautions
- Using the product only for its defined purpose
- Consulting a qualified healthcare professional where medical uncertainty or safety concern exists
- Discontinuing use if unusual, severe, persistent, or concerning effects occur
- Maintaining the product according to official instructions
Improper use, unauthorized use, modification, failure to follow instructions, or use outside the defined product purpose may lead to unintended effects and may void warranty rights to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Returns, Right of Withdrawal and Voluntary Money-Back Policy
We want customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased directly from Synergotron, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below, any product-specific return terms, and applicable consumer law.
9.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal
For eligible consumer purchases made online, at a distance, or outside business premises, consumers may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason, unless an exception applies under applicable law.
This statutory right applies independently of any additional commercial return policy, money-back guarantee, promotional guarantee, satisfaction guarantee, or product-specific return offer provided by Synergotron.
Nothing in these Sales Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9.2 Voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Policy
Synergotron may offer, as a voluntary commercial policy, a 30-day money-back option for eligible products purchased directly from Synergotron.
This voluntary 30-day money-back policy is offered at Synergotron’s discretion and applies only where it is clearly stated on the relevant product page, checkout page, written offer, invoice, campaign page, sales agreement, or product-specific terms of sale.
The voluntary 30-day money-back policy is provided in addition to, and not instead of, any mandatory statutory withdrawal rights, statutory warranty rights, legal defect remedies, or other non-excludable consumer rights.
Synergotron may change, limit, or withdraw the voluntary 30-day money-back policy for future purchases, provided that such change does not affect rights already granted for purchases completed while the policy was in force.
Where the voluntary 30-day money-back policy applies, the return request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery, unless a different period is expressly stated in the relevant product-specific terms.
9.3 Product-Specific Return Terms
Synergotron may, at its discretion, offer extended return periods, money-back guarantees, promotional return terms, satisfaction guarantees, or other product-specific return conditions for selected products, markets, sales channels, campaigns, or customer categories.
Any product-specific return terms apply only where clearly stated on the relevant product page, checkout page, written offer, invoice, campaign page, sales agreement, or product-specific terms of sale.
Product-specific return terms may define:
- The length of the return period
- Eligibility requirements
- Product condition requirements
- Packaging and accessory requirements
- Whether original shipping costs are refundable
- Whether return shipping is paid by the customer or by Synergotron
- Any exclusions or limitations
- The return procedure and approval process
If no product-specific return terms are expressly stated and no voluntary money-back policy applies, only the standard return terms and mandatory statutory rights apply.
In case of conflict between these general Sales Terms and a clearly stated product-specific return offer, the product-specific return offer shall apply to the extent it grants the customer more favorable return rights, unless prohibited by applicable law.
9.4 Return Request Period
Unless a longer period is required by applicable law or expressly offered by Synergotron under product-specific terms, return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Where the voluntary 30-day money-back policy or another extended return period applies, the return request must be submitted within the period stated in that policy or offer.
Return requests should be sent to:
or to the contact email provided on the relevant Synergotron website or sales document.
9.5 Condition of Returned Product
For statutory withdrawal cases, the customer may inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, unless applicable law allows otherwise.
For voluntary money-back returns or product-specific return offers, the permitted level of inspection, testing, or use is defined by the applicable offer or product-specific terms.
Unless otherwise stated in applicable law or product-specific return terms, the product must be returned:
- In its original packaging where possible
- With all components, accessories, manuals, cables, chargers, spare parts, and included items
- With proof of purchase
- In clean, safe, complete, and undamaged condition
- In the same condition as received, except for handling necessary to inspect the product or any broader use expressly permitted under a product-specific guarantee
If the product is returned used, damaged, incomplete, altered, contaminated, or showing handling beyond what is permitted by applicable law or the relevant product-specific guarantee, Synergotron may reduce the refund amount to reflect diminished value, where permitted by applicable law.
9.6 Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact Synergotron customer support and request return authorization.
- Wait for return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization reference.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging where possible.
- Include proof of purchase and any return authorization information.
- Ship the product to the address provided by Synergotron customer support.
Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted or may be delayed, except where refusal would conflict with mandatory consumer rights.
9.7 Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a product-specific return offer, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For valid statutory withdrawal cases, Synergotron will reimburse the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout where required by applicable law. Premium, express, upgraded delivery, or non-standard delivery charges are not refunded unless required by law.
Original shipping and handling charges may be non-refundable for voluntary commercial returns, except where the return is due to Synergotron’s error, a confirmed defect, or where product-specific terms state otherwise.
For any voluntary 30-day money-back policy or other extended return offer, the applicable product-specific terms should clearly state whether return shipping costs are paid by the customer or by Synergotron.
9.8 Refund Processing
After Synergotron receives and inspects the returned product, any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
For statutory withdrawal cases, refunds will be processed within the period required by applicable law. Synergotron may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received back or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, where permitted by law.
For approved voluntary 30-day money-back returns or other commercial returns, Synergotron will typically issue the refund within 10 business days after inspection and approval. The customer’s bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Refunds under a product-specific money-back guarantee may be subject to the specific conditions stated in that guarantee.
9.9 Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges
Import duties, local taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, and similar charges paid directly to a customs authority, courier, broker, or third party are not refunded by Synergotron.
If taxes, duties, or import charges were collected by Synergotron at checkout or on invoice, any refund of those amounts will depend on the applicable legal route, payment flow, tax handling, and whether the amount has already been remitted to the relevant authority.
9.10 Products Purchased from Third Parties
This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from Synergotron.
If you purchased a product from an authorized distributor, reseller, retailer, marketplace, or partner, please contact that seller directly and follow their applicable return policy and procedure, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
9.11 Model Withdrawal Statement
If you are exercising a statutory withdrawal right, you may send any clear statement of withdrawal to Synergotron. You may also use the following model wording:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [insert goods/order number]. Ordered on: [insert date]. Received on: [insert date]. Name: [insert name]. Address: [insert address]. Date: [insert date].
10. Statutory Warranty and Commercial Warranty
Nothing in these Sales Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranty rights, or legal remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.1 Statutory Warranty
Consumers may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws regarding defective or non-conforming goods.
These statutory rights apply independently of any commercial warranty offered by Synergotron.
10.2 Commercial Warranty
Where expressly provided, Synergotron warrants eligible products against defects caused by faulty materials or production for the warranty period stated in the applicable product documentation, product page, written offer, invoice, or warranty document.
Unless another warranty period is specified in official product documentation, eligible products may be covered by a two-year commercial warranty from the original date of delivery to the consumer.
This commercial warranty applies only where the product has been used correctly, under normal conditions, and in accordance with the applicable User Manual, official instructions, intended use, and safety guidance.
During the warranty period, if the product fails due to defects in materials or production, Synergotron may, at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product or defective component
- Provide another legally appropriate remedy
If the defect is not resolved within a legally applicable or reasonable service period, the customer may be entitled to further remedies in accordance with applicable law.
The original sales receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase should be kept as evidence for warranty purposes.
10.3 Warranty Exclusions
The commercial warranty does not apply where damage, malfunction, or defect results from:
- Failure to follow the User Manual or product usage instructions
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper handling, or careless use
- Unauthorized repair, service, modification, or disassembly
- Use of non-original, incompatible, or unauthorized parts, accessories, chargers, cables, components, software, or consumables where such use caused or contributed to the issue
- Accidents, drops, impact, liquid exposure where not intended, contamination, or external causes
- Damage during transport not attributable to Synergotron
- Normal wear and tear
- Consumable, disposable, or wear-sensitive parts, unless defective on delivery or otherwise required by law
- Lack of valid proof of purchase or documentation identifying the purchased product
- Removal, alteration, or illegibility of product identification or serial markings, where applicable
10.4 Accessories, Consumables and Wear-Sensitive Parts
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in official product documentation, warranty coverage may exclude consumable, disposable, or wear-sensitive parts such as cables, chargers, adhesive pads, electrodes, replaceable accessories, packaging, batteries, or similar items.
Such items remain covered where required by mandatory law or where defective on delivery.
10.5 Warranty Procedure
To request warranty service, contact Synergotron customer support with:
- Proof of purchase
- Product identification details
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos where helpful
- Contact and shipping details
Synergotron may request reasonable troubleshooting steps before authorizing return, repair, replacement, or other warranty handling.
If the product was purchased from a distributor, reseller, retailer, marketplace, or partner, the customer should first contact the seller from whom the product was purchased, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
10.6 Service and Spare Parts
Where technically and commercially feasible, Synergotron may provide service and spare parts for eligible products beyond the warranty period.
Availability of service and spare parts may depend on product model, component availability, production status, geographic location, and applicable law.

12. Dispute Resolution
We encourage customers to contact Synergotron first so that we may try to resolve any issue directly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our complaint procedure, consumers may have the right to use available out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms under applicable consumer protection laws.
For consumers in Croatia, this may include submitting a request to a competent body for alternative dispute resolution of consumer disputes operating in the Republic of Croatia, such as the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Economy or the Mediation Centre at the Croatian Chamber of Economy, where applicable.
The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued as of 20 July 2025.
If the customer is a legal entity, consumer-specific dispute resolution mechanisms may not apply.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Sales Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Synergotron shall not be liable for:
- Damages arising from misuse, unauthorized use, or failure to follow product instructions

- Customs delays, carrier delays, import restrictions, or customer-provided information errors
- Outcomes resulting from medical conditions, contraindications, or failure to seek professional medical advice where appropriate
- Unauthorized modification, servicing, resale, repackaging, relabeling, or use of products outside their intended purpose
This limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not affect mandatory consumer rights.
14. Force Majeure
Synergotron shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- War, conflict, terrorism, or civil unrest

- Customs or import restrictions

The competent courts in Zagreb, Croatia, shall have jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising out of or relating to these Sales Terms or purchases from Synergotron, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights or protections that may apply under applicable law.
16. Changes to Sales Terms
Synergotron reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or revise these Sales Terms at any time.
The version applicable to your purchase is generally the version in force at the time of purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
Updated Sales Terms may be published on our website with a revised effective date.
