By making a purchase of Synergotron products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, our Medical Disclaimer and user manual. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the products and making a purchase. The Healeex device is not a medical device but is intended for wellness use only and should be used strictly in accordance with the provided user manual. Any misuse or deviation from recommended usage may lead to unintended consequences.
The Healeex device is designed for various wellness applications; however, please note that its use is subject to medical considerations. It is important to note that these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please read the contraindications and side effects associated with the use of Synergotron products, as provided in product user manual and in our Medical Diclaimer.
We strongly advise consulting your healthcare provider before using the device, especially if you have any medical conditions or concerns. User Responsibility: The user assumes full responsibility for the use of the Healeex device. Synergotron d.o.o. will not be liable for any adverse effects resulting from improper use or failure to adhere to the provided instructions.
Price and payment:
The price of Synergotron products is the price shown below or on the side of the visual representation of the respective product. The price and costs of delivery shall be paid upon ordering the product. We will provide you with a confirmation order to your email address after the purchase of our product.
Shipping and Delivery:
We strive to provide accurate shipping estimates in time and cost, but please note that delivery times may vary. Synergotron d.o.o. is not responsible for any delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance, shipping carriers, or unforeseen circumstances.

The products offered by Synergotron are intended for wellness and well-being purposes. They are not medical devices and are not intended to replace professional medical treatment.
Synergotron products are sold as-is, and no commercial warranties, express or implied, are provided except for warranties required by law.
Payment for products is non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified.
Delivery times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Synergotron Return Policy for Products
At Synergotron, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may be eligible for a return within the terms outlined below:
Eligibility for Return:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase, i.e. date of delivery.
- The return request should be provided to the following e-mail address:
- The returned product may be opened for establishing the nature, characteristics and functionalities, however the product shall be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
- Contact our Customer Support team to request a return and receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging, along with a copy of your purchase receipt and the issued RMA.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support team. Please ensure that the RMA is clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Any returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Shipping costs for returning the product shall be borne by the consumer.

Please note that this return policy applies to products purchased directly from Synergotron. If you purchased a product from an authorized retailer, please refer to their return policy for guidance.
We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that your experience with Synergotron and our products meets your expectations.
Synergotron d.o.o., warrants Healeex unit against any defects that are due to faulty material or production for a two year period from the original date of delivery to the consumer. This warrant does not include shipping costs or damage to the product resulting from accidents or misuse.
KEEP ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR WARRANTY PURPOSES.
The warranty is initiated and executed by Synergotron d.o.o.
This Guarantee Certificate serves to affirm that the Healeex® device, sold by the company mentioned below, is covered by a warranty period as specified for different components:

If within two years from the date of purchase, this product fails due to defects in material or production defects; Synergotron d.o.o. will repair or replace the product, or necessary components free of charge. The seller warrants that the product will function properly if used correctly and in accordance with the provided instructions during the warranty period. Within this period, in the event of malfunctions or technical defects arising from normal use, the seller shall, at their expense, rectify the issues in their own (or contractual service premises) upon your request. If the defect is not resolved within 45 days after submitting the product for service, the seller pledges to either replace the product with a new one or refund the purchase amount.
Extended Service and Spare Parts:
Beyond the warranty period, the seller commits to providing service and spare parts for the Healeex® device for up to 5 years from the date of purchase.
Exclusions from Warranty:
Please note that the warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:
- Failure to follow the product usage instructions.
- Service performed by unauthorized personnel.
- Unprofessional or careless handling of the product by the customer.
- Installation of non-original parts in the product.
- Damage occurring during product transportation to the customer.
- Lack of a valid warranty card or other document identifying the purchased product.
The warranty does not cover consumable parts of the product, such as cables and charger.
To avail of warranty service, kindly return the product to the store where it was purchased, providing a brief description of the issue. The seller will then forward the product to an authorized Healeex service centre.
If you did not buy the product from Synergotron directly please contact your dealer or retailer, from whom you directly purchased the product for warranty and return authorization procedures.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Terms and service and the purchase contract are governed by Croatian law and the court of Synergotron shall have jurisdiction.
If we could not reach an agreement through our complaint procedure, on the basis of Regulation (EU) no. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, you may try to resolve our dispute with through the platform for online resolution of consumer disputes, which can be accessed at:
The respective platform can be used by both consumers and traders, and complaints can be submitted in any of the 23 official languages of the EU.
If the customer is a legal entity, the above-mentioned possibility of online resolution of consumer disputes does not apply to him.
In the further event of a dispute, we inform you that you can use the mechanisms of out-of-court dispute resolution for consumer disputes by starting the procedure for out-of-court dispute resolution by submitting an application to the authority responsible for alternative resolution of consumer disputes operating in the Republic of Croatia (Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, or Conciliation Center at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce).
